Outstanding service, contemporary room, the staff went above and beyond to find my wife a blanket while I needed a fan for comfort, and the room was equipped with air conditioning, making our stay very pleasant and accommodating.

I absolutely loved my stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Ft. Smith, Airport. The rooms were exceptionally clean and modern. Bathroom space impressed me with its spaciousness. Big TVs in the room provided great entertainment. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the cinnamon rolls. they were a delicious treat. The staff impressed me with their friendliness—they were accommodating to all my needs. However, the noise levels from the hallway and other rooms were quite noticeable. I could hear conversations from the neighbors, which disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere. Also, a few grab bars in the bathroom would improve accessibility for older guests.

Make sure to try the pancake machine at breakfast. it’s a fun treat that adds a bit of variety to your morning meal.

The Standard King Room was super comfy. The bed felt great, and the room was really clean. I loved the big TV—it made chilling in the room much nicer! Staff were friendly and helped with everything we needed. Not much to complain about, honestly. Breakfast was a bonus with those tasty cinnamon rolls, too.

I really enjoyed my stay with easy access to Fort Smith Air Museum just a short walk away and the lovely Carol Ann Cross Park only a quick stroll further, which made it perfect for my weekend explorations.
